Aprilia Futura - Hawes meet April 09 - Gallery picture 1
We were blessed with warm spring sunshine for the first UK Futura meet of 2009.
Evsy and Northern Phil organised a two day meet based around Hawes, North Yorkshire and taking in the scenery of the Yorkshire Dales and the Lake District - not to mention some of the best roads in the North.
But first we had to get there. 11am at M56 Chester Services and five Futuras gather together. Evsy climbs aboard while Teulu is already regretting parking the bike facing downhill. Geordielad is elsewhere - busy dealing with his front tyre deflation horror on the garage forecourt.
Note to self: Don't buy flashy valve caps
